Proud to Be Endorsed by Elect Women NJ

I’m proud to share that my campaign for Essex County Commissioner has been endorsed by Elect Women NJ, an organization committed to recruiting, supporting, and investing in strong Democratic women running for local office across New Jersey.

This endorsement means a great deal to me because I believe deeply in the importance of having women at every level of government, not just as participants in our democracy, but as leaders helping shape the policies that impact our families, our communities, and our future.

Elect Women NJ is working to build a stronger pipeline of diverse women candidates and ensure that women have the resources and support they need to run viable campaigns and win. Their belief that women belong in the room, at the decision-making table, and in positions of leadership is something I share wholeheartedly.

Throughout my career in public service, I’ve seen firsthand how important it is to have diverse voices represented in government. Our communities are stronger when the people making decisions understand the experiences of the people they serve.

As a candidate for Essex County Commissioner, I’m running to bring my experience in government, policy, education, and community advocacy to the County level. I want to help build a more affordable, equitable, and resilient Essex County while making sure our communities have a voice in the decisions that affect them.

I’m grateful to Elect Women NJ for believing in my campaign and for investing in the next generation of women leaders in New Jersey.There is still work to do, and I’m ready to get to work.
